Australia Pacific LNG Regional Buy Program for Small to Medium Enterprises

The Australia Pacific LNG Regional Buy Program has been in place since 2011, and provides opportunities to small businesses in the communities surrounding our Australia Pacific LNG operations in the Surat Basin in central Queensland.

To connect local suppliers directly with opportunities to supply to Origin’s Australia Pacific LNG operations we have developed the Regional Buy Portal. The Portal provides local suppliers with:

  • Direct access and visibility of opportunities to supply to Origin
  • Assistance in understanding the capabilities required for these opportunities
  • Feedback on the outcome of their quotes
  • Contact information for supplier support.

The portal is open to suppliers who have:

  • An ABN and are registered for GST (if GST is required by law)
  • A registered business address or a demonstrable, genuine presence in the Western Downs, Banana Shire and Maranoa Local Government Areas
  • Turnover of less than $10 million/year, and 30 or less full-time employees (FTEs) or equivalent (not including casual employees or sub-contractors)

To register on our Regional Buy Portal there are a few questions you’ll need to answer, as well as providing some business information and supporting documentation.

Once we've received your information and verified your registration, we will notify you to confirm your business has been successful.
